SPACE & FLOW
A wedding or civil ceremony and welcome drinks can be arranged on the terrace. Golf-cart guest reception can be added by arrangement.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Gala Dinner and Fourchette menus are available for every event type. Published packages are calculated for 100 guests and may be adapted with Brand Chef Zuka Zhghenti. A separate special menu can also be developed where needed.

Below this amount—or for venue-only bookings with outside catering—the rental is quoted by event date and guest count. There is no minimum spend or minimum guest count.
Published dining prices are per guest and calculated for 100 guests. Bar, décor production, artists, golf carts and additional production require a custom quotation.

There is no minimum spend and no minimum guest count.
Venue rental is included when your total spend with Mtatsminda Hall is 20,000 GEL or more. Below that, or when using outside catering without ordering food and drinks from the Hall, rental is quoted by date and guest count.
A non-refundable 20% deposit secures the date. The remaining 80% is paid before the event begins. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled or the date changes.
Your booking day is yours for 24 hours, giving your team flexibility to build, host and close around the programme. Setup and dismantling arrangements are agreed around your needs and the adjacent event schedule.
Yes, by prior agreement. You may bring your own DJ or band with no extra venue fee. When the Hall arranges an artist, you pay the artist fee only, with no additional venue coordination surcharge.
Guests may arrive by car, taxi, funicular or cable car. Eight-person golf carts can be arranged in advance from Mtatsminda Park's central parking entrance. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
